What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy governs the collection by EVOLVEzone Corporation ("we", "us" or "our") of personally and non-personally identifiable information that you provide to us or that we otherwise collect in connection with your access to and use of the EVOLVEzone Corporation website (the "Site). We understand you value your privacy, and we want to make your experience on the Site satisfying and safe.

How Do We Collect and Use Your Information?

EVOLVEzone Corporation collects two types of information from Site users:

1. Personally identifiable information that users provide through optional, voluntary submissions, such as email and online registration and/or donation forms. Personally identifiable information means any information that may be used to identify you, including but not limited to your name, home address, telephone number, or e-mail address. The types and amount of personally identifiable information collected will vary depending on the nature of your activity on the Site and the Site service(s) you register for.
2. Non-personally identifiable information, which includes but is not limited to IP address and Site usage data and aggregate demographic information through the use of cookies, as described below, third party analytics tools and other tools. EVOLVEzone Corporation collects and uses non-personally identifiable information to improve the services we offer to Site users, to measure user traffic patterns throughout the Site, to help improve Site flow and usability, to gauge the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (and those of EVOLVEzone Corporation advertisers), and to discourage Site misuse.

Cookies

EVOLVEzone Corporation may send cookies to your computer. A "cookie" is a small amount of data sent to your browser from a web server and stored by your computer. We may use cookies to make your visit to the Site more convenient, to customize your visit to the Site, to enable EVOLVEzone to enhance the services offered by the Site, or for other purposes. Google Analytics

To help us collect information about traffic on the Site, we have enabled the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting feature. GoogleAnalytics mainly uses first-party cookies (i.e. cookies related only to the Site) to report on visitor interactions to the Site. You can opt out of this feature by incorporating Google Analytics’ Opt-Out Browser Add-on, found here. The browser add-on is available for most modern browsers. Note that this opt-out browser will prevent visitor information from being sent to Google Analytics but will not prevent information from being sent to the Site and/or any other web analytics services.

Spam-Filtering

We employ Mollom, an anti-spam filtering service. By posting any Content (as that term is defined in the TOS) on the Site, you acknowledge and agree that your Content and other personal details (such as your IP address, name or nickname, e-mail address, OpenID (a means for using an existing account to sign into multiple websites), URL of your website, and the date and time you post Content) about you will be analyzed and stored for anti-spam and quality monitoring purposes, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Mollom’s privacy policy, located on their website here.

Public Forums

Users of the Site are solely responsible for all messages and other material that they upload, post, email, transmit and/or otherwise make available through forums on the Site. These forums include but are not limited to Voices Rising, Resource Exchange, Resource Library, Events, Groups and Programs and other forums that may be viewed by visitors to the Site. Be aware that personally identifiable information that you transmit online may be viewed and used by others. EVOLVEzone Corporation is unable to control third party access to and use of your personal information, and by using the Site and voluntarily disclosing such information, you assume the risk that such information may be viewed and used by third parties.

Privacy of Users Under the Age of 14

The Site is not intended for, and EVOLVEzone Corporation has no intention of collecting personally identifiable information from, children under the age of 14. Additionally, if you are under the age of 14 you may not submit any content or information to the Site without supervision by your parent or legal guardian  .If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of 14 and you believe that your child has provided the Site with personally identifiable information you should contact EVOLVEzone Corporation at evolvezoneorg@gmail.com to have that information deleted from the Site. EVOLVEzone Corporation will use reasonable efforts to delete said information from the Site as soon as possible following our receipt of your request.

 

International Visitors and Customers

The Site is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting the Site from the European Union or another geographic region please note that in providing your personal data to the Site you are transferring it to the United States, which does not have the same laws governing data collection and use as the European Union and many other geographic regions. By using the Site or providing personal information to EVOLVEzone Corporation you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to the Site. If a security breach occurs, EVOLVEzone Corporation may post a notice on the Site, and/or may send an email to you at the email address you have provided to us. EVOLVEzone Corporation will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

If EVOLVEzone Corporation should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merged with another entity, information EVOLVEzone.org receives or otherwise collects from you from the Site may be transferred in connection with such bankruptcy, sale or merger, without notice or obligation to you of any kind.

Links to Other Sites

The Site may contain links to other websites. This Privacy Policy will not apply to those sites, and EVOLVEzone Corporation is not responsible for the information collection, disclosure, use or other privacy practices of those sites. EVOLVEzone Corporation may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Marketing

EVOLVEzone Corporation would like to send you information about products and services of ours and other companies in our group which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, EVOLVEzone Corporation will store your information in an email system in order to send you marketing information.
